VISITORS, TOURIST & TRANSIT VISAS
- Download & fill up immigration form imm.22. Visa Application Form
- Fill & Print out the online application form & online payment and acknowledgement slip after payment via immigration.gov.ng.
- Colour copy of applicant’s passport data page (and visa page for non-Malaysians with at least 6 months Malaysia resident permit)
- Letter of invitation from Nigeria accepting full Immigration responsibility on behalf of the applicant.
- Identification letter from school or employer where applicable.
- Colour copy of passport data page from the person inviting the applicant to Nigeria.
- Applicant’s two (2) recent passport-sized photographs measuring 52mm x 52mm against a white background.
- Colour copy of Yellow Fever Vaccination certificate.
- Flight itinerary/flight ticket.
- Evidence of sufficient fund (Last 3 months statement of Bank account).
- Marriage certificate or Birth certificate (for applicants accompanying spouse or parents).
- Applicant’s international passport with at least six (6) months validity and two (2) blank visa pages.
All the above-mentioned documents should be submitted in one set.
BUSINESS/EDUCATION/RELIGIOUS VISAS
- Download & fill up immigration form imm.22. Visa Application Form
- Fill & Print out the online application form & online payment and acknowledgement slip after payment via immigration.gov.ng.
- Colour copy of applicant’s passport data page (and visa page for non-Malaysians with at least 6 months Malaysia resident permit)
- Letter of invitation accepting full immigration responsibilities and Certificate of incorporation of the company from Nigeria.
- Letter from local employer stating the purpose of the trip to Nigeria with details of applicant’s designation with the company, duration of stay, whether all expenses are covered by the local company.
- Colour copy of passport data page from the person inviting the applicant to Nigeria.
- Applicant’s two (2) recent passport-sized photographs measuring 52mm x 52mm against a white background.
- Colour copy of Yellow Fever Vaccination certificate.
- Flight itinerary/flight ticket.
- Evidence of sufficient fund (Last 3 months statement of Bank account).
- Marriage certificate or Birth certificate (for applicants accompanying spouse or parents).
- Applicant’s international passport with at least six (6) months validity and two (2) blank visa pages.
All the above-mentioned documents should be submitted in 1 set.
TEMPORARY WORK PERMIT (TWP) VISA
- Visa Authority Letter (pre-approval letter).
- Visa Application Form imm.22. Visa Application Form
- Fill & Print out the online application form & online payment and acknowledgement slip after payment via immigration.gov.ng.
- Applicant’s international passport with at least six (6) months validity and two (2) blank visa pages.
- Crew member certificate (crew members only).
- Professional Operating License (crew members only).
- Three coloured passport photographs.
- Evidence of Visa Fee payment.
- Evidence of Return Ticket.
- Evidence of Hotel Reservation/Host address in Nigeria; and
- Evidence of sufficient funds without recourse to public funds.
All the above-mentioned documents should be submitted in one set.
SUBJECT TO REGULARIZATION (STR) VISA
- Formal application for STR Visa from the Employer/Institution accepting Immigration Responsibilities.
- Visa application form imm.22. Visa Application Form
- Fill & Print out the online application form & online payment and acknowledgement slip after payment via immigration.gov.ng.
- Applicant’s international passport with at least six (6) months validity and two (2) blank visa pages.
- Three Coloured passport photographs.
- Expatriate Quota Approval.
- Certificate of Incorporation/evidence of business permit (where applicable)
- Letters of Offer of Appointment and Acceptance of Offer.
- Educational qualifications (along with the original copy duly attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Ministry of Education of the applicant’s country) and Curriculum Vitae, and
- Extract of Board Resolutions for CEO, MDs and GMs.
- Three months expatriate quota returns of the prospective employer (where applicable).
All the above-mentioned documents should be submitted in 3 sets.
